@h4imlor@thetrainline I got tickets from the trainline a few weeks ago, when the train was cancelled I applied for a refund directly from Southwestern Railways through “delay repay” and got a refund that way ☺️ hopefully going to the train company directly works for you 🤞🏻
@LuxorLV Are you able to put me in touch with the ticketing team at Luxor / MGM as they took money for 4 x blue man group tickets that I never received. I’ve attempted contact multiple times & have got nowhere. Could someone contact me or inform me of the complaints procedure
@MGMResortsIntl I have repeatedly attempted to get in contact as you’ve charged me for 4 tickets to Blue Man Group despite the order failing. You acknowledged there were no tickets in my name at the time (I have since successfully purchased 2 more) but you have not refunded me.

@Argos_Online I was told 2 weeks ago that the product safety team would contact me in 48hrs. Heard nothing then was told on Mon they’d call me yesterday - nothing. Our dishwasher (18mnth old) has caused outages & has now burned. Thankfully my fiancé was home & smelt the burning!
@Plusnet Hi, my broadband was supposed to be activated today however it says on my account that there’s a delay. Is this likely to be resolved today? Our previous broadband service ends today & I will require broadband tomorrow as I’m working from home
