Lucy has spent almost everyday on the phone to @btbusinesscare @BTCare for the past two weeks, since they cut us off by mistake, still not reconnected despite promises everyday, and today she’s been sent a bill for £800 for ‘leaving’ which she hasn’t ! WTF!

@btbusinesscare They cut us off, because they messed up DD. We're now being told a different thing everytime we call, apologies and promises to sort and reconnect, and Lucy has now had a bill today for £400 from them! Just shockers.
