@AskNationwide I’ve already spoken to your call centres about 5 times. They have referred it on to technical support and I am waiting to hear back. In the meantime I don’t have access to my money. Absolutely ridiculous.
@Sarah7976@AskNationwide Mine is still not working either. The call operators say everything is working and they don’t know why mine is not. Obviously I’m not the only one so there must still be a problem that you are not telling us about Nationwide.
@AskNationwide Cards are still not working as you can see on here, yet you maintain nothing is wrong. I am changing banks first thing tomorrow. I wouldn’t have minded so much if you accepted there was a problem and kept customers properly informed.
@AskNationwide It still doesn’t work. Extremely annoying. I have just spoken to your customer service phone line who say it should be working and other banks have had problems too. Funny that there are no tweets from customers except those that use Nationwide.

@BBCNews@AskNationwide Nationwide customers including myself are reporting being unable to use their cards to make purchases on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year. Nationwide seem to be denying there is a problem despite many tweets.

@AskNationwide unable to use my current account card to make an online purchase. According to your phone operators, Visa is down. Nothing about this on Visa website. Please can you update us.
