I have just pinned a tweet (top of my profile) which is devastating and heartbreaking. Please stop what you are doing for one minute and contact your MP immediately. This is what is happening to people. This is what this government has done to the NHS ๐จ
@UnderArmour no extended online Christmas refund policy- poor show! Order a product for Christmas earlier than 30 days prior to when it will be opened (hardly unusual for this time of year) and have absolutely no chance or option to return it ๐คทโโ๏ธ
@HR_Hour Quality conversation & discussion with the recruiting manager to have clarity on the role being filled, accountabilities etc, must haves/nice to haves from a successful candidate- to be reflected in a clear, engaging and jargon free advert and targeted assessment process.
@AskNationwide why has my current account card started declining this afternoon with plenty of funds in my account? I am away and do not have time to wait over 30 minutes on hold. This is second time in 2 weeks this has happened!
@AskNationwide I would hope they are ten hours after my original query. I sent this info via DM last night so would have assumed this was already checked. I will try my transaction again and let you know if any continued issues.
@AskNationwide@sharonwit They are not back to normal. Cards are still being declined- are you not reading the tweets and messages you are receiving. I have already DMโd you and your responses are unsatisfactory and stop when you were asked who I could escalate to.
@AskNationwide Still not working; cut off when you call to speak to someone; automated message says problem was between 2pm and 7pm- clearly not true; I donโt know what you class as a โsmallโ number of customers but would suggest more than this based on social media activity (1/2)

@AskNationwide services still normal?It would be funny you keep saying this if not so annoying. Declined credit card payment and for train tickets- please advise your customers what is going on?
@AskNationwide @LA_Horne Omg! Stop saying services are available as normal when they so obviously are not. Appalling customer service- just say what the problem is and when we can expect it to be fixed so we can all stop calling/tweeting because you are not providing any information.
@AskNationwide your services are not working normally as you keep saying- two transactions now declined- we cannot all be wrong- over 30 minutes wait on hold- what is going on? Are you going to compensate if I cannot book my train tickets?
