A relief to hear back from @British_Airways Still feeling shaken up after terrible manner of a crew member today. Especially as a solo woman travelling. He spoke in an aggressive & threatening manner

Feeling really sad. After years travelling w/ @British_Airways I am shocked at the rude manner in which a crew member spoke to me.Utterly shocked. He said I should not be carrying an extra bag even after I explained it contains medicine & I had confirmed this w/ assistance team
@British_Airways this is the male crew member that spoke to me in a rude & aggressive way when I explained I had a medicine bag w/ me.Sorry it’s blurry,my hand was trembling with anxiety re how I was being spoken to.This isn’t what I expect from a BA crew,who are usually lovely
@British_Airways I had assistance at the airport so know a note was linked to my booking. I don’t know why he is not aligned with what other members of the team have already confirmed to me via email. I checked re the medicine bag at the time of booking
@British_Airways I’m on board now. Feeling quite shaken up. Even after I explained it’s a medicine bag he continued to speak in an aggressive manner. I was already feeling tender after an operation but was feeling relaxed and safe, now I feel neither
@British_Airways am so shocked by today’s service. I checked I could bring a medicine bag, which your team confirmed I couid. Now the crew are saying this is not allowed and are being very rude. This is not the BA service I am used to. I’m appalled and disappointed.

What is happening @BarclaysUK@BarclaysUKHelp? I advise everyone who has one to check their tech pack insurance, as devices older than 5 years are not insured. Why are we being punished for taking care of our things so they last 5 years? So wrong. @CarolineLucas@MartinSLewis
