@MTreminioMD 3. Irregular, maybe degenerated to AF. 4. Back to atrial tachycardia HR ~150 (same as EKG 2) now with variable block and a RBBB. Overall, there are findings of advanced conduction disease. —> EP STUDY

@MTreminioMD 1. Sinus, RBBB, Left axis dev, does not meet criteria for LAFB. normal PR. T wave looks funny , maybe 2:1 AV block. (Did not use calipers). 2. WCT.will favor SVT with now LBBB as the atrial rate in the 4th ekg is same as the rate in tachy.

@CrisZamoraMD @jmcchiefs @MonteHeart @dipanuppal @cardiologoyal @Weijia_LiMED @jtorrado_arrosa You get the the sense of complete AVB however in a closer inspection, the pattern mostly consist of 2:1 AV block with prolongation of PR interval on the Ps that conduct until a P is dropped (3 Ps after the 5th QRS) Then the sequence starts again. PR in 6th complex = PR in 3rd.
