Donald Trump is a low IQ president.* Trump absurdly rushed out an Executive Order purporting to rename the entirety of Lake Ontario as "Lake America." The United States has no jurisdiction over the lake from the midline between the coast of the state of New York and the coast of the province of Ontario. The US president doesn't have the authority to rename the 52% of the lake which is sovereign territory of Canada.

The president has no authority to force anyone to use the name "Lake America" outside of Federal government agencies. State governments, media, companies and the public are free to continue using the name "Lake Ontario," derived from a Huron-Wendat or Iroquoian which means "lake of shining waters" or "beautiful lake". Trump, like many of his supporters, a white supremacist who hates indigenous people and denies their heritage and history in America. MAGA morons are titillated by the name "Lake America" but people of normal intelligence are unimpressed by Trump's antics changing the name in a spat he started with Canada over trade.

* Donald Trump says he is "one of the finest intellects in the history of our country." Trump is 80 years old. He is in an age group where the mean WAIS-IV IQ before age norming is 79. 79 IQ equates to borderline intellectual functioning. It is above the level of 50-70, formerly referred to as "moron," a term today considered obsolete and derogatory. 79 IQ is in the 8th percentile, meaning just 8% of the population have a lower IQ, while 92% have a higher IQ.

Trump, insofar as is known, has never taken a IQ test. His lawyer threatened to sue Trump's schools if they released his SAT scores or grades. There has previously been speculation about Trump’s SAT scores working backwards from the fact that he attended Wharton. However, Trump entered Wharton as a transfer student after 2 years at Fordham. Recent SAT score averages for schools are not a useful indicator. SAT averages for Fordham for the class entering in 1964 would be needed or for transfer Wharton are not available anymore.
