Thanks to @British_Airways I’m 20,000 avios points and £170 out of pocket, as they show no compassion towards someone who can’t fly due to a family medical emergency. Customer service at its finest. I’ll be booking with other airlines and using other reward schemes in future. 👍
Terrible service from Black’s c/o @MilletsOnline chasing a refund from a parcel I returned via an @InPostUK locker over a month ago.
Customer service bot on the website is completely useless too.
@bp_UK Just wondered if you are ever going to “honour the error” and award me the 400,000 reward points you said you would in January before I seek legal advice?
