Luke Carroll, 17, was the pitcher on his baseball team and the quarterback. At age 10, he played AAU ball on a Saturday and was suddenly paralyzed from the waist down on Sunday. Diagnosed w/ idiopathic transverse myelitis, he had to learn how to walk again. Then he took up golf.
