@lufthansa I have been trying to get through to you for 30 hours via the chat and via telephone. I fly tomorrow. This is ridiculous. My itinerary for my return flight has disappeared despite not cancelling it
@VTrichkov@antonliindstrom@lufthansa Did you get any sort of communication from them at all? Because I have been trying for 24 hours to get through to them? They went and deleted the return leg from my itinerary despite me only accepting a refund for the outbound leg
@lufthansa You told me you can’t help me online with my cancelled flight and told me to call your contact centre. Your Irish contact centre is closed on Sundays. I tried your German contact centre, and it says to try again later and then it just hangs up. This is unacceptable.
This is absolutely unbelievable. We opted for a refund for the outbound leg of our flight to Seoul and are flying with another airline. However the return leg has disappeared from our itinerary. @lufthansa

@lufthansa I have a flight from DUB - ICN, connecting via FRA on Tuesday. The DUB - FRA leg just got cancelled. I can make my way to Frankfurt with another airline. Can I still board the FRA - ICN leg?

I’ve just seen they’ve cancelled the entire 175 bus route in November. Now there’s no way to go directly from Ballinteer to UCD. What’s the alternative @GoAheadIreland
@GoAheadIreland for two weeks in a row the 175 has been full and not stopping for passengers at least as early as Ballinteer. Are there any plans to make it more regular than 25 minutes? Surely if it’s full every single day, consistently, at 9am and 5pm it should come more often?
