Henderson absolutely cannot play for England again. The England team is meant to be a serious footballing nation trying to win a trophy for the first time since 1966. Henderson chose money over competitiveness. If he gets in over the amazing young quality we have it’s embarrassing
@timoldland Agreed on the concerns here, I wonder whether a good compromise would be restricting the heritage fleet from driving "flat out", recognising that age may compromise the structural integrity of somecomponents. I am aware that this negatively impacts the shootout spectacle however.
@Jontafkasi @bobbyllew@samthesparks@guardian@zap_map Agreed that it takes time to develop a car, worth noting that alot of current vehicle platforms have been designed with ev transition in mind to ease production transition. IMO the demand for electric cars will be suppressed until price point and charging network is sufficient
@bobbyllew@samthesparks@guardian@zap_map I think it's important to make the distinction between car manufacturers and fossil fuel producers when we talk about a "determined industry". All of the major volume manufacturers (apart from Toyota) have thrown almost all of their future investment behind electrification
@TGE_LDNM Scary how slick these operations must be. You'd have thought even with a change of plates, it wouldn't be that difficult to spot a pista leaving one of our ports whether that be on a public ferry or in a container. Would then at least be able to see where they're going
