@C_J_Kennedy@virginmedia I'm in the process of returning my device and cancelling my contact, worst customer service I've ever experienced. They've tried debiting my account and have blocked access to my online Virgin mobile account
@C_J_Kennedy@virginmedia Kris I had the same problem, Virgin won't admit they allow there speed and connection to be throttled. They use the EE network but when I had my Virgin device next to an EE one the signal strength did not match. They won't admit this is an issue, get out of your contract!
