@Michae1cor130n3 I think people fail to separate driving and dribbling. Driving involves dribbling, but it’s much more about running power and balance than footwork and technique. Jude is better at driving, but it’s not a question who is better at dribbling.

The middling and bottom national teams have raised their level so much. Curaçao and Tunisia are the only teams out of the 48 that have looked uncompetitive. Giving some grace to Iraq because their group is ridiculously hard.

It’s hard to criticize Ronaldo atp honestly. He’s too slow and stiff and can’t create for himself or others. If the ball isn’t getting put on a plate for him, he will have zero impact, and it’s pretty easy to mark him since he has zero agility and explosiveness.
