@RoyalBlueStuey @DanielMulhern14 I don't think it's irrelevant but I think it's very irresponsible to allow a player undergo a medical when you don't have the full intention of allowing the deal to happen. It would sound like Guehi is extremely unhappy too. Very messy.

Honestly at this stage, move on sign a talented winger and come back for Isak in January when Newcastle have a bit of cop on and end up having to sell for 60-70 million less because he's not kicked a ball for months. Calling him out publicly is just moronic.

As for the transfer request, I don't think people realize if you hand in an official transfer request you forgo certain financial bonuses in your contract. I'm not certain that's the case but widely suspect.

@CharleyFarley50 @NUFC_Sean_ But they paid a lower fee. It's a negotiation. Leipzig could've said no we'll only sell you to Newcastle because they're paying more, but United were able to convince them to do the deal.
