@virginmedia my internet has been intermittently cutting out for the past 4-5 days. Currently down again right now. Running the online diagnostics gives the same response (when it works at all)… is this actually being looked at? What can I do? (SW18)

@virginmedia John, this isn’t total loss of service, it’s intermittent. I’m losing connectivity multiple times per hour for 5-10 minutes at a time. Are you saying there is no compensation for this?

@virginmedia That’s a long time to be stuck with this issue. Will I be compensated for the lack of service? If it’s not fixed until the 17th it would have been over 2 weeks of disruption.
