@SouthwestAir Really hard to count free WiFi as an A-List Preferred benefit when it works only half the time. Taking off on a 4.5 hour flight with the dreaded sad page icon staring back at me. Second flight in the past 5 days with no working WiFi.
In a six-month span, @SouthwestAir took away my pitch track. Will I still fly with them? Sure; they have a major hub in my city. But they’ve ended my brand enthusiasm.
I used to brag about “my” airline to friends and work colleagues loyal to other carries: “Open seating is actually awesome! Bags fly free, so I don’t have to stress if I last minute decide to check a bag! No hidden fees; that’s transfarency!”
@SouthwestAir To clarify, it’s not “a” reservation. It’s 7 reservations across 6 weeks… Some of the changes move a flight up over 3 hours. That completely alters my travel itineraries. Did the original scheduler get fired or something? How is it that *every* flight has changed?
@SouthwestAir I have 7 flights booked between August-September. In the past week, you have changed the flight times on me on every. single. one. Should I just not book in advance with you anymore? Seems like I wasted a lot of time researching my flight plan with you this fall.
@SouthwestAir Flight 1930 AUS-STL is already delayed by 90 minutes, and it’s still 8+ hours from the original scheduled time… should I be worried? Should I be looking for another flight? Not sure what pushes long delays like this already so early in the day?
I’m really glad news stations make you watch 30+ seconds of ads before being able to live stream coverage of weather emergencies, as sirens blare. @KMOV@ksdknews
