Why live in NYC?

There is zero reason to stay in NYC once you hit a certain wealth bracket, especially with marxists like Mamdani look to push to hike taxes even higher.

The Math is Simple:
Why hand over an extra 3.8% of your income (which he wants to push toward 6%) just for the "privilege" of living in the five boroughs?

The Alternative:
Move 35 minutes away by train to the North Shore of Long Island. A red county most don’t know.

0% Local Income Tax: Instantly give yourself a 4% raise.

Better Infrastructure: Trade crumbling, grotesqueand unsafe subways for the LIRR and manicured neighborhoods.

School Quality: Save money on private schools and join some of the best (still not woke) school districts in the country.

Your neighbors?
Spectacular. Most are conservative, fit, and have 3-4 kids with an amazing community.

No reason for the wealthy to be in NYC as long as Mandani is there.

Oh and BTW, has the NYC - GOP selected their candidate to beat Mamdani in next election?
