The transportation portion of this bill may NOT apply to transition care.

However, the life sentence for gender affirming care still stands, and the senate version still has to pass. They can always amend it to apply to transition care.

These bills will keep coming, just like the Texas edict by Abbott to prosecute parents of trans teens.

I understand that everyone is pissed about "Don't Say Gay," but it isn't even in the top 10 anti LGBT bills this year. Take that energy and focus into anti trans legislation.

Idaho's house just passed HB 675.

It passed by a vote of 55-13.

It would make providing gender affirming care to trans teens a felony with a life sentence..

Worse... it makes leaving the state with your trans teen to move elsewhere and provide them with care a felony as well.
