@easyJet Well, Lisa, you are saying the claim isn't there when your team on the website online chat said it was there with two or three claims against this claim regarding this because your team is not resolving this and paying the sum offered and owed.

Everytime I contact them with has been multiple times. They give me the same excuse. And also say we cannot give you direct details to the claims team. Apparently, they do not have a direct line or contact details. Yet there has been 3 cases have now been raised on my behalf...
"Maia R" then said we can't give you access to both websites, nor can change the email on the account for me. Still no access & now not responding, even tho I followed up a few times & have 2 sites fully paid for on that account. It has now been weeks, possibly over a month.
