So technically the few hundred personal that works in HTJS probably of 10% has got the postal vote. The rest are NIL.
Congrats to the Malaysian hospital, its no wonder the system don't change, the "CEO" with their old school mindset and backdated policies with flaws all over.

I'm working on voting day.
- the hospital did not relay about the undi pos to their staff
-when confronted they (Hospital Director and his PA) said :ohh its a breakdown of communication, apparently they did announce??

-when asked the HOD Paeds to ask for leeway for few hours to go vote. She did not grant permission.

So in conclusion hospital personal don't go for vote unless they have an off day on that said day.
If you missed the postal vote, just wait for next year.
