Just opened a new, important role! We're now focusing heavily on new content and features, and combat + progression sit right at the heart of it: weapons, enemies, bosses, itemization, a deep skill system, and how it all connects.
This one needs extensive experience! You'd join the core design team and work closely with the rest of us to shape combat and progression, keeping them true to the vision.

Maybe I should be glad I haven't published any insane in-depth combat analyses because once this overhaul gets implemented, analysis might be even more fun.

But Alhaitham is a GROWN MAN. WITH ABS. A sprout is NOTHING like that.
Instead, I associate him with ๐ฆ because I nicknamed my brother Alhaitham + Sampo and my ex-girlfriend combined them to form "Alhippo."

I KEPT getting asked this by Filipinos and Japanese people but I haven't interacted much with Westerners.
Some of the cliffs and shores here remind me of Philippine beaches and ignite my urge for adventure.
I'm not a fan of the bridge-like cliffs...but that's just a personal aesthetic preference. But they could be interesting for dramatic movie fight scenes.
Tried making a floating cliff beach biome
the only problem is the dark shadows that the floating islands cast, not sure if there's a solution for that

My job + Hytale are making it really hard to be a responsible adult ๐
On one hand: I have a soul-crushing job, thatโs going nowhere. However it pays the bills.
On the other hand: All I want to do is learn Hytale modding, make content, mess with toolsโฆ but it makes me very little $
I know working is the right move, but Hytale has absolutely reignited my urge to learn & create I canโt help but crave that for my everyday job.
My next @Hytale mod is in the works! Here is a preview. It once again completely reworks a non-functional weapon in Hytale. It adds new animations, particles, arrow ricochet functionality, a disengage ability, and fully functional dodging with iframes! #Hytale
@BrokenColdBox@Simon_Hypixel Hoping they give us an easier form of water transportation because I want to quickly switch between feeling cozy in zone 1 and MASS-MURDERING those big skeletons in zone 4.
Imagine having to kill a few spiders as well as many chickens and skeletons and getting a lot of flint just to make sure you have a bow and an adequate number of arrows.
Not to downplay the struggles of other #Hytale players with those cursed Magma Rhino Toads 'cause I hate fighting 'em in melee too...but I'm really glad it's much easier to craft a bow and arrows in the early game of Hytale than in Minecraft.
I love cheap shots.
