New doorbell needed after one purchased 2 months ago has a charging fault which melted the cable. Rang them to get asked stupid questions! Said they’ll get back to me, Jokers! If thinking of buying - DON’T!

@premierinn I’ve already spoken to your Guest Relations Team who’ve made it clear you’re not prepared to refund even though YOU cancelled, not me!
Your T&C’s do not mention anything about refunds depending on ‘rate type’ when you have to cancel. This should only be applied if I cancel.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Booked overnight stay in Swansea, pre lockdown. Can’t go now because of government lockdown rules. Premier Inn even emailed to say we cannot visit yet refuse to provide a refund! Outrageous, will never use this company again! Be warned!

@premierinn @premierinn but you’re contravening clause 10 of your own terms and conditions which states if Premier Inn needs to cancel due to circumstances outside of your control and you have paid for your room you will refund the payment. Why aren’t you adhering to your own T&C’s?
