Saw many people turn back after waiting for hours. There were other polling stations which were completely empty. No way to divert public to other polling stations as we are still using paper copy to mark attendance of voters.

@ECISVEEP mismanagement at Mumbai public school check naka Mulund w where a single polling booth was assigned 1450 electors and the rest of the booth's had not more than 600. Cant you manage basic data and equally distribute the electors. It took me 3 hours to cast my vote.
