Attention! Attention!
To all comrades in struggle: Be mindful of who you communicate with, especially new contacts who suddenly reach out to you. Also, be mindful of old friends who unexpectedly call or reconnect.
Be curious. Be cautious. Be protective of one another—brothers and sisters alike. We are at a crossroads as a country, and our comrades are being targeted.
Stay alert. Stay safe. Look out for one another.
Thank you🙏🏾
A judicial officer that accepts to handle a ‘case’ of a government critic now has essentially accepted to go all the way. It is a hole of integrity loss from which there is hardly a return route. You have to leave the shoes of integrity and reputation outside and walk in. You may want to jump out at some point, but … only if you are ready for that to be the end of your journey up the judicial ladder and professional peace.
So, once you take on such a task, your first responsibility to yourself is to pull out your grumbling conscience, put it on a chopping log, and cut off its damn head - so that it never bothers you again in the journey ahead of you. After that, you’ll incarcerate innocent souls and kill their lives, in peace.
Poor young souls! Having to spend her youthful age in prison just because of holding a different political opinion! The tormentor may think that this is an expression of might, but it’s sowing seeds of anger among these young people that will last generations. When you jail rivals, you’re constructing a jail for yourself too.
Recall Asa’s song?
“I'm in chains, you’re in chains too
I wear uniforms
And you wear uniforms too
I'm a prisoner, you’re a prisoner too, Mr. Jailer
Oh, I have fears, you have fears too
I will die, but yourself go die too
Life is beautiful
Don’t you think so too? Mr. Jailer” (Asa - Jailer)
Well, Doreen has sent me emissaries too, asking for books! God, hear out these souls who are incarcerated while their tormentors thank you for blessings!

Some Ugandans don’t know that if you’re travelling with money (cash) above a certain amount you simply have to declare it at the airport for clearance. If found with it, Airport staff only have to ask you to declare it, not to take it. On the night of 12th July some staff at Entebbe Airport took a friend’s dollars. Report yourself and refund it before we expose you.
CAN CORRUPTION FIGHT CORRUPTION? HELL NO!
When the young people of Uganda organised anti-corruption marches in 2024, Museveni boldly declared war on them, saying they were playing with fire. Indeed, those who attempted to protest were abducted or arrested and subjected to untold torture, including sexual assault and rape! That was Museveni protecting corruption and the corrupt!
I have now seen Museveni’s ministers running up and down purportedly exposing the massive, runaway corruption at various ministries, agencies, and local governments.
First, they're helping confirm what we've always said that the regime is simply a criminal enterprise masquerading as a government. You hear of the scandals in his government and shudder. They're telling you that on average, constructing a public road, hospital, or school costs five or six times more than what should be spent, because these officials are always inflating the cost of every government project.
No wonder those thieves (who should be public servants) always do everything possible to protect the regime because they know that it would be game over for them when government changes. In fact, they invest so much of that stolen money in ensuring the regime remains in power against the will of the people.
The people of Uganda must remain steadfast and not be distracted by the superficial crusades. They're not capable of tackling the problem. A serious government, faced with such evidence of failure and rot for four decades, would simply resign.
What these ministers are talking about does not even account for 1% of the mess. Corruption begins right from State House and spreads like a cancer to all institutions. A former IGG talked of how every time she tried to go for the REAL MAFIAS - the big fish, she would find them hiding behind Museveni’s back! We've all seen how he uses hundreds of billions of public funds to engage in open bribery during elections. We've seen him bribe MPs with billions to pass oppressive laws. We've seen how he's always in the market trying to buy off political opponents at all levels. We've seen him award government contracts to friends and relatives without following due process. We've seen him engage in the worst forms of corruption, cronyism, and nepotism. We've seen him abuse and run down all institutions of state with impunity - Parliament, the judiciary, etc. We've seen how he inserts trillions in every budget for 'classified expenditure' with only him knowing what that money does. And in each year, he comes back for supplementary budgets! Money, most of which is borrowed. He is the chief priest of corruption. The scandals that have taken place under his watch are too many to mention.
Worse still, he has presided over the most disgusting levels of electoral fraud not seen elsewhere in the recent past - going to an extent of rigging LC1 elections conducted by lining up! Shamelessly declaring NRM candidates winners even where some of those declared got 20 votes against opponents with over 400 votes! To-date Byabakama has failed to release the DR Forms, the basis of which he declared Museveni elected with 71%. Because he knows the people's vote was just grabbed on gunpoint! All that is corruption.
Therefore, Museveni's regime lacks any moral authority to say anything about corruption. Some of his appointed ministers are known thieves and plunderers. We all remember how he personally frustrated the former IGG's initiative on lifestyle audits of public officials.
In short, a government that is built on and survives on corruption can not fight corruption. The talk of exposing and fighting corruption is part of the politricks that he has played on our people for decades. The people of Uganda deserve a government of their own choosing - a government which they can hold accountable. A government of the people, by the people, for the people!
The matter of our Deputy President Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi has been adjourned to August 14th after the state prosecution asked court to ban the live streaming of the proceedings.

Almost 4 months later, our comrade and brother, King Zale, remains missing! He was abducted near our studio in Kamwokya on 21st April 2026. The information we have is that he was tortured so bad that he's unable to walk!
That walking disaster Ambassador Adonia Ayebare turned the Uganda mission in the USA into a complete shitshow. The greedy bastard cleaned out piles of money, and our bank accounts there ended up frozen while @FBI investigators scrambled to clean up his mess.
Now look at the pathetic state of things: the embassy is reduced to rattling a Ugandan bank account like a beggar’s tin, soliciting donations left and right.
Same clown was strutting around with an Ugandan diplomatic passport while already a full-blown USA citizen, never bothered telling a single soul in authority. That is fraudulent and we have since reported the matter to the US government.
The moment I exposed his dirty little secret here, the coward ran to his lawyers and tried to strong-arm the CID into hunting down where I got his passport details.
Boss, the place I pulled those from is stacked with several more.
These are the fools who hide behind PLU because that’s how easily they think will escape accountability.
"...countries such as Uganda, the DR Congo, and even Mali have in the past requested the ICC's intervention because they lack capacity to prosecute perpetrators. This weakens the argument that any intervention by the court constitutes outside interference."

This is Lt. Col Frank Mulema who has been executing torture orders at Sera Kasenyi training school in Entebbe. He was the commandant who would ensure that everything is done as Muhoozi wanted. Videos are recorded and shared with the Muhoozi who enjoys seeing people crying and crippled or sometimes visits the crime scene to laugh at the his victims.
He is a former Director of Civil military cooperation (CIMIC) before he became commander for Kasenyi, the headquarters of torture and learning Runyankore
He was last week brought to the 16th service battalion as a commander.
"A witness who saw Kivumbi upon his release told Human Rights Watch that he had scars on his head, arms, legs, and back, apparently from the beatings." https://t.co/0hCENgg4On
There is no greater hypocrisy than that of Yoweri Museveni.
For 40 years, you have presided over a regime that has become synonymous with torture, enforced disappearances, illegal detention, corruption, and impunity. Yet you stand before the nation with a straight face, condemning the very crimes your government is committing.
This is the same man who publicly boasted that his soldiers had beaten me “very well” after the brutal events in Arua in 2018, during which my driver, Yasin Kawuma, was shot dead. Today, you pretend to denounce torture as if Ugandans have forgotten.
You criticize Andrew Mwenda, yet he remains one of the closest public defenders and enablers of your son—the very man to whom you have entrusted enormous, unchecked power. Your son has repeatedly made public statements celebrating violence against political opponents and has shared images of detained and abused Ugandans with apparent pride instead of shame.
You speak about human rights while conveniently ignoring the many Ugandans whose lives have been shattered by your security agencies. The ordeal of Eddie Mutwe, the abduction and reported abuse of Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi, the continued detention of countless National Unity Platform supporters, and the countless families still searching for loved ones who disappeared after being taken by state operatives and the numerous reports by local and international human rights organizations all tell a story completely different from the one you are trying to sell.
Then there is Sam Mugumya. Abducted in Mbarara in August last year. Months later, a deeply disturbing video emerged showing an emaciated and apparently physically incapacitated Sam, reportedly inside Kasenyi Military Barracks. The images shocked the nation, yet they have been met with silence and denial instead of accountability. If seeing a fellow Ugandan reduced to such a state cannot stir your conscience, then your speeches about humanity are simply hollow.
Popular musician 'King Zale' was picked up from Kamwokya and to date, his where abouts are still unknown. Those that have recently been released from the same Kasenyi barracks have mentioned seeing him there having been gravely tortured.
Ugandans have not forgotten the “drone” abductions, the torture allegations in safe houses, the prolonged detention of political prisoners, or the violence witnessed during and after the 2021 and 2026 elections. Many victims returned with horrifying accounts of abuse. Others have never returned at all.
At your age, one would expect honesty, humility, and reflection. Instead, you continue to insult the intelligence of Ugandans by denying what millions have witnessed over the years.
Had I not escaped into exile, I might well have suffered the same fate as many other Ugandans who have reportedly been tortured, disappeared, or imprisoned simply for exercising rights guaranteed under our Constitution.
Many young people remain behind bars because they supported a different political vision. Their only “crime” was believing that Uganda deserves freedom and democracy.
What makes your statements even more astonishing is that you once condemned exactly these practices. You justified taking up arms by accusing previous governments of torture, arbitrary arrests, election rigging, and abuse of power. You promised that Uganda would never again be governed through fear. Yet today, your government stands accused of repeating, and even institutionalizing the very practices you once claimed to be fighting against.
History has an interesting way of exposing hypocrisy.
... 1/2
Before the viral video came out which showed our brother Sam Mugumya emanciated and visibly incapacitated, we had been told about the same by a comrade who had just been released from the torture chambers of Kasenyi SFC military barracks.
This is what he said on 4th February this year.
We have now been told that our brother King Zale was also subjected to gross torture that he cannot walk by himself. Museveni and his criminal gangs will and must be held to account for all these crimes against humanity.
Some of us are mobile exhibits of torture under your command and we have stories about it as survivors. I’ll not insult you today otherwise I’d have called you a pair of Natasha’s buttocks.
Pathetic liar! This coming from a man who for four decades has presided over a regime known world-over for the worst forms of torture is beyond shameless! The same man who publicly said that I was beaten properly when I was tortured to near death in Arua. The same man who recently boasted that he had kept our Kenyan brothers in his fridge - being subjected to incredible torture. The same man, whose criminal son broadcasts images of tortured victims and threatens opponents with the most vile forms of cruelty. And all Museveni does is to come out promoting him and praising his foul actions. Sickening hypocrisy!
Of course he hopes that these denials might shield him from accountability, but the world is not stupid. A time will coms when he and his henchmen will be held to account for every wound inflicted on our people.
