@joanwalsh @TedLasso I see a theme in replies, so to break it down to one sentence: Nearly every British television series. I enjoy it so much more than American TV…acting is always 1st rate and they look like REAL PEOPLE, compared to the perfection (and interchangeability) of American actors.

@joanwalsh @WPalmerCurl @TedLasso Unforgotten on PBS Masterpiece. In my top 3 British cop/detective shows of all time. Just be prepared to have your heart broken at the end of season 4. But truly…exceptional in every way, with phenomenal actress Nicola Walker leading the team.

@metroadlib For me, most everything on https://t.co/fsQBvVYRjz tv is just awful. Compared to the original content the streaming services are putting out, I’ve realized what crap tv we settled for forever. British tv is usually very good, too…actors are like *real* people - bad teeth & all!

@Emcas12 @winelover51 This is just amazing! Best part - you wrote that he pain free! Truly wonderful. I’m getting ready to take my 74 yr old mama in for a compression fracture cementing. Her 3rd. She takes steroids for autoimmune disease and her back is just collapsing - compounded by scoliosis

@MalteseAnna I spend a lot of time in doctors offices and other med facilities (taking care of mama) and it’s all masks, all the time - as it should be. But I have to admit, facing another central Cal summer masked is making me quite grumpy. Sombitches are HOT when it’s SO HOT! 🥵

@DT3sBun Gah! Somewhere hotter than where I am?? Central Cal - forecast shows over 100 every day for the next two weeks. But yes, it’s a “dry” heat. 🥵🥵🥵
(I suspect that car thermometer is showing outside heat in a parking lot. Still…hot as balls.)
