@Macys On 7/13, I returned an item via return label provided by you. It was recvd in store &signed for. Cust svc is saying the item shouldve gone to the warehouse & not store but thats your fault bc you made the label. It’s been TWO MONTHS! Yet I still don’t have my refund! Help

Did y’all know that @sandalsresorts &other resorts puts tracking devices in towels &pillowcases? Ive stayed at a few Sandals &just discovered this &don’t know how I feel about it. I almost understand bc theft, but I wonder, if u track it, can u hear/see on it also?😑

@AmSigFurniture furniture ordered in Mar 2021 w/July del date. Date changed to Aug, then Sept then Oct then Dec then Jan then March and now JULY 2022! How was offering a refund not the first thing you all said? 14 months for a table and 6 chairs?!!! Def calling @RoomsToGo today!!

@EpsonAmerica I purchased a $7k printer & your staff tells me it’s a virtual paperweight now because I don’t have the product key that was attached to a CD that I never used because I don’t have a CD drive! I can’t buy it and you have no way to get me another one! Why is this ok?

@EpsonAmerica it’s 2021, people don’t use CD’s anymore. I told that 2 your rep when I called for installation help! He directed me to the website to download the software but never once said dont throw the useless CD away because the key can’t be duplicated!! Poor customer serv!!
