Today we had a meeting with Fukugen Shuzō in Shinshū Nagano & @Oh_MySake in Belgium. The idea is for the sake sommelier @LvdBak to taste Fukugen's three bottles with us & think about how they'd be introduced to the European market. We taste in April & move forward :)
