So #LCF were operating a #ponzi @StuartAndrew and this product was unregulated. Redress was provided. #footballindex was regulated and the products sold are under the remit of @TheFCA so why 3 years later am I still awaiting an answer from @dcms - given up before the election?

Football Index was a platform that was authorised & regulated by the Gambling Commission in 2015.
