@wasianterror I did rebuild the engine on my 02 because I like peace of mind but it only costed me 4.8k at a local Subaru shop here. I can shoot you their info if you want.

@wasianterror It’s a little more education but there are years and models to avoid like every brand. My Subaru isn’t modified and it’s reliable for me. I feel like a lot of the money issues are from modifying. 2 stock Subarus in my driveway (2002 & 2022), they’re both solid in my experience.
