I am becoming progressively more worried for our humanity due to extensively terrifying improvements to AI generated content media.

From blatant misinformation to even the recent commercial adaptations of AI (acquisition of Suno into the music industry) WHICH NOBODY NEEDS.

We need artists to thrive - not feel discouraged.

Please be weary with what you see or hear online, contemporary media feels like nothing is real anymore.

AI sucks and we need to stand up against it.

The way it's just over if you're an artist trying to build an audience around your passions or personal content. Unless it somehow goes mega viral you'll just be throwing things into a void.

Perhaps I'm wrong and it's not that bad (unlikely) but I just genuinely don't see how the new set of algorithm demands benefit those of us who dont want to trend hop or spend time meticulously planning the next post

@discord_support just wanna pass on how unhappy I am with recent updates. For so many reasons that wont fit the character limit, I dislike the recent additions of the "closest friends" bar, VC active timers, notifications for people joining VCs etc. Let me remove/toggle these!
