I'm finding myself on yet another medical journey with a diagnosis of PMR that I thought was a one-time thing. I now know is subject to flares (with fibromyalgia & osteoarthritis). I will be on meds I hate for at least 6 more weeks. I am dealing with pain, fatigue & weak muscles.

@stsweeney3 I had one last week. They wanted me to rate my claustrophobia and I said "through the roof". She said "think of good things and keep your eyes closed. With the noise and the fact it went on for half an hour, there weren't many pleasant thoughts but I made it through.

I am so incredibly saddened to hear about the loss of my friend Mandisa. I will always cherish the memories of times we spent together hosting award shows, going on tour, and most of all helping her tell her story in the songwriting room. The first song she released after appearing on American Idol Was a song we wrote called “Only the World” and the lyrics hit different right now…

So sorry to hear of @mandisaofficial's passing. I got to see her in concert with TobyMac and she was amazing. Her music has brought me a lot of hope and comfort. Prayers going out to her family and friends.
