ICE withheld the warrant from the judge. The judge ruled without it - because she was never given it. DHS then attacked her publicly for the ruling, citing the warrant ICE had instructed their own lawyer not to disclose.

They hid the evidence. They used the concealment to manufacture the attack. Then DHS published the attack in The Federalist while the case was still live.

The DOJ attorney is facing discipline. The ICE lawyer who told him to withhold it is not. That gap is not an oversight. That is the design.
