@fermello78 I have switched to idrive which gives me more storage at a cheaper price, so at this point i dont even care what dropbox does. I was fortunate enough to have my dropbox contents on my NAS
@fermello78 Now someone finally responded after I have been transferred. This is the NONSENSE they replied with. I will be closing ALL my other clients accounts and switching to idrive.
@fermello78 Something really needs to be done because this is utter nonsense... Its not like we're not paying customers. Almost 5tb of valuable information, videos, pictures, hanging in limbo... Sigh

@fermello78@DropboxSupport Ok, create a trial business account, and then deal with support. I am somewhat getting through as i have been in contact with a support tech for the last hour. I have them looking into all my account. They claimed they were disabled do to a security breach

@fermello78@DropboxSupport Business support is all leading me to online links which leads to nowhere. 1-855-237-6726, and 1-888-414-8124 this does not work.
@fermello78@DropboxSupport My business account works fine... My plus and professional account doesn't... And if they charge my card tomorrow, i WILL report it stolen... This is NONSENSE... Support numbers are all automated and rubbish... Really leads to nowhere if you call them...
