-to contribute during their 1st yr., they do so not only because they are talented, but because they show exceptional maturity.
-they contribute to the TEAM’s success.
-they show up early, stay late.

Baseball coaches, I know how frustrating it is to have an ice covered field. I know what it’s like to prepare indoors while playing an outdoor sport. Use this time to work on the “little things” we know win games for us. Use this time to get to know your players on a deeper level
