Trying to upgrade my system to one of your current offers,every time I go to check out it’s says ‘sorry cannot match your postcode’-whatever that means.
Go onto chat and every time after a few questions it just says ‘sorry chat not available’

If they could fix things first though that would be great. Ask my bean/one set up to play music via Alexa. It’s says it is playing it when it’s actually not. Have to use the app to control it. So annoying!!
