Any travel companies helping out by amending flights for free for training camp groups of predominantly children?
No help from #tuiuk #tui despite UK Gov recommending trip cancelled.

@TUIUK @travdr is there any help you direct us to? We are a swimming club who have decided to cancel training camp in Oct as UK Gov are recommending all trips for u/18’s should be cancelled. Booked flights with @tui but are getting no help at all.

Can you confirm you are NOT willing to help at all with cancelling or amending flights for a group of 15 children and 5 adults for a swim training camp despite the UK Gov advising all trips for u/18 should be cancelled?
Accommodation prepared to move booking to Oct 21.

@TUIUK So the only offer of “help” was that we would need to pay nearly £8000 to move the flights to next year. Flights cost £11385 originally. Why are #tui so reluctant to help a swimming club move their trip to next year? No regard for safety of a group of children it seems😤

The best offer we have had is pay nearly another £8000 to move the flights to 2021. Shame they can’t see a way to help these children who have fundraised relentlessly to fund their trip.
