@SenMikeLee I realize the need for fiscal responsibility, but it is cruel to increase the burden of nonprofits unexpectedly. (The feds' bait and switch is now requiring unemployment be reimbursed at 100%, up from 50). Now is a time to rebuild, not penalize.
