Couldn’t agree more. Nurse Practitioners will play an increasingly important role in addressing capacity issues across our healthcare system, including in primary care and Long-Term Care. The culture in our healthcare system is undergoing a major shift from a hierarchical approach to team-based, inter-professional collaboration.
