@VeryHelpers Update absolutely no help whatsoever! Told I have to contact @Swan explained already have and told it’s up to @Very to sort it as I got the fridge/freezer from them also told takes 6months to get the parts!!!! Really???? A huge firm like swan can’t get 4 drawers for 1 fridge????

@verynetwork @Swan you should be ashamed of yourself, 1 year ago my fridge freezer was delivered with all the door shelf’s missing which I’ve been told multiple times will be delivered and 1 year later and they’re still not here and I’m told I can’t return the fridge!!!!

Shame on you @swan @verynetwork my fridge freezer arrived in October 2024 with fridge door shelving missing had several phone calls emails with @very trying to get my replacements, I was told several times I’d definitely get these missing parts still nothing and can’t return it

@AXA It’s not their boiler! It’s a burst pipe in the heating system that caused water to come through their kitchen ceiling

SAGA and AXA insurance what an absolute joke of a company, my in laws who are in their 80’s (my mother in law is 87 and my father in law just out of hospital) have been without heating and hot water for a week and a half in this freezing weather (see rest in comments)

@AXA My father in law and my husband have been ringing every day (more than once a day) for nearly 2 weeks!!! And nothing has been resolved it’s an absolute joke how they’ve been treated
