@DrDowhittle I totally agree the sector needs to encourage diversity, but I also don’t think it right we assume all 60+ male farmers have the same attitude to women in agriculture.
@DrDowhittle When he at a discussion group a few years ago focusing on succession, he was missed out of the discussion as he “only has daughters”. Rightly, he corrected the chairman, asking why that was a barrier to his succession planning.
