Do not reduce what happened to a soundbite, a documentary clip, or a fundraising pitch.

I lived it. Many of us did.
We are victims of a weaponized government.

I was a mother who fought to unmask children and helped organize protests so parents had a voice. I helped people obtain religious exemptions so they could keep their jobs. I connected families with physicians when they felt abandoned. I helped secure oxygen for home use and assisted those trying to get loved ones out of hospitals when no one seemed willing to listen. And ,became a direct target of NSBA and Merrick Garland. Used as an example in their letter to label me as a terrorist.

Then I challenged the 2020 election through the courts. I used the very legal process Americans are told to trust.

For that, I became a target of lawfare, by government agencies, Unions, government officials. FBI came to my door as did , Josh Shapiro's PA AG special agents to intimidate and harrass me.

I served as an Alternate Elector for President Trump.

I was targeted in Arctic Frost.

I was publicly vilified, defamed, harrassed.

I was censored.

I was threatened.

I was financially devastated.

I was sued alongside President Trump by James Savage in Philadelphia.

Years later, I am still fighting in court. Not because I committed violence.Not because I harmed anyone. My offense was speaking.

My offense was questioning.
My offense was refusing to stay silent. I watched parents be labeled extremists. I watched Americans lose their jobs over mandates.

I watched dissent become something to be feared instead of protected.

And I watched people take our pain and turn it into profit.

The same people who now claim to advocate for victims were nowhere to be found when we were being censored, investigated, sued, threatened, and financially destroyed. Some stood by. Some participated. Others built platforms, raised money, sold access, and elevated themselves on the backs of people who were actually living this nightmare.

I also know how to petition my government for redress. I know how to represent myself. I know how to navigate the courts. Nobody gets to sanitize what happened.

Nobody gets to rewrite history while those of us who lived it are still carrying the scars.

And nobody gets to testify on behalf of victims while the actual victims are silenced.

I know exactly what I survived.

This doesn't even begin to tell the whole story.

Not one official responsible for weaponizing the machinery of government against ordinary Americans has been held accountable.

• FBI personnel, including Special Agent Jason Huff, came to my residence.

• Was publicly identified in Delaware County Times reporting connected to the National School Boards Association controversy.

• These events occurred during the same period Attorney General Merrick Garland directed federal law enforcement attention toward alleged threats involving school officials.

• Submitted evidence and disclosures to the FBI, DOJ, Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, and other authorities.

• Became the subject of extensive public attacks, media targeting, fact-checking campaigns, and efforts to discredit election whistleblowers.

• Former Delaware County Chief Election Warehouse Custodian James Savage sued me, Gregory Stenstrom, President Trump, Rudy Giuliani, and others.

• Successfully defended against those claims after years of litigation.
Delaware County Director of Elections James Allen and former Chief Election Warehouse Custodian James Savage filed litigation against me and Gregory Stenstrom arising from our election-related reporting, testimony, and advocacy.

• Preserved extensive evidence involving Delaware County election operations, including recordings, public records, transcripts, video evidence, and court filings.

• August 2023 – Delaware County and the Delaware County Board of Elections filed a Dragonetti action against me and Gregory Stenstrom.

• Delaware County retained Duane Morris and has pursued litigation against me for more than 900 days using taxpayer funds.

• County pleadings acknowledge the legal fees they seek as damages were already paid by taxpayers.

• Repeatedly raised issues involving First Amendment retaliation, Petition Clause protections, abuse of process, standing, jurisdiction, due process, equal protection, and lack of statutory authority.

• Multiple dispositive motions, sanctions motions, judicial notices, and requests for reasoned opinions remain unresolved or were denied without substantive analysis.

• Superior Court recently acknowledged I am not a party to a pending appeal while the trial court stayed proceedings affecting my independent motions.

• Was elected by voters as a poll worker while simultaneously being sued by the same County government overseeing election operations, forcing my resignation under protest.

I possess extensive documentary evidence, transcripts, court records, billing records, RTK productions, government correspondence, investigative materials, recordings, and preserved evidence spanning more than five years.

I am specifically seeking counsel willing to evaluate potential claims involving federal officials, state officials, local government actors, and related entities arising from retaliation against protected speech, whistleblower activity, investigative journalism, election advocacy, and petitioning government.
