@Tesco Tesco already have all of that, at customer service, the store and given to your insurers by the Driver Manager… I just have to wait until Tuesday to continue the claim. Just can’t believe Tesco can’t even get a pre-printed driver incident form to have correct information on.
@Tesco Finally your store took the incident seriously - a demolished gate post, fractured wall, 2 damaged cars & a damaged fence for 3 households - and your driver drove off. But the “24hour” claim numbers on the incident report given to us are only manned 9to5 working days!🤷🏼♀️
@Tesco This is just a nightmare of options with nothing about damage so keep getting to a dead end. How do we get to speak to someone? Or do we just call the Police?
@Tesco your driver delivering to a neighbour has taken out a gate post and fractured a wall, considerable damage, and just driven off ! We have camera footage and registration. Can someone contact me?
And people that use these to monitor elderly relatives, children or pets as advertised now have 8 weeks to replace and not even a discount voucher this time like when you did this last time. I will never trust BT or EE again you just don’t care.
@bt_uk again you’re making working home cams non-functional by removing software. You should sell with a clear expiry date! This isn’t good for the environment or my finances as 6 cameras now go to recycling, plus only 8 wks notice given of removal of service. Don’t buy BT or EE!
@AnglianWater Soham hasn’t had water for over 5 hours & the website still has the “we are investigating” message so no update. Already 25 degrees & due to be 27 with shops out of water. When will you bring drinking water to Soham so people don’t dehydrate & become an NHS problem?
@HeartInternet I really think you should remove this post, your support has been well below this for a month! It is very frustrating that customers see this as your most recent post and no apology for the continued disruption to businesses.
@HeartInternet Can you give an indication of the current wait time for support tickets to be responded too?
Yep I have another issue I have had to log and can’t update websites until resolved 😢
@HeartInternet@webuseful The current demand has been created by a botched Heart initiated migration away from Go Daddy. You needed to increase your support team before migration so loyal Heart customer’s weren’t affected. Some businesses that rely on Heart can’t wait for the “near future”!
@HeartInternet Help! It’s keeps reoccurring. Heart block my office IP address, fixed Monday after 23 hours, reoccurred yesterday & “urgent” support ticket reopened at 13:53…still no response at 10:00. I can’t access email, cPanel or websites from my office! Never happened until migration !
@HeartInternet this isn’t your current status & hasn’t been for me since last Wednesday PM. Emails completely inaccessible for both domains for 18 hours, 1 domain still not sorted & today all emails, websites & cPanel for both domains inaccessible from any device! Not a ✅a ❌
@doctor_oxford It definitely counts, but so do the experiences of patients when they are dying. The palliative experience can be a good one as with my dad or patients in hospitals can be left with no palliative care and in unacceptable levels of pain like my mum. So all voices should be heard.
I never understand why we treat the able bodied Olympian’s so much better than the paralympians who face so many more barriers to win. This is a prime example with the able bodied getting gifts and a party. 🤬
What were @Fortnums, @TeamGB & the able bodied Olympians thinking?
@shawzac This is an awful response from @Fortnums, showing what they really think of our Paralympians. @TeamGB & @ParalympicsGB also have questions to answer.
I wonder how many of our able bodied Olympians refused to go or left the party when they realised the Paralympians weren’t there.
@CharlotteCane8 A great speech from our new MP, who really seems to care about the constituency.
And she managed to give her speech without insulting part of our nation so definitely an improvement on our last MPs maiden speech. 😂🤣
We're absolutely horrified that at least 50 children have reportedly been killed in an Israeli attack on homes in northern Gaza over the weekend.
At least 14,100 children have been killed in Gaza so far. How many children killed is too many before our leaders say 'enough is enough'?
The UK government remains complicit, refusing to suspend all arms sales - despite the clear risk of violations of International humanitarian law.
"If the international community does not intervene soon, an entire generation of children in Gaza will be erased, along with their futures. All states have a legal obligation to prevent the crime of genocide" - Jeremy Stoner, Middle East Regional Director for Save the Children.
We are continuing to urge the UK government to use its power and influence to secure an immediate, definitive ceasefire, and suspend all arms sales to the Government of Israel.
@JaneyGodley@UofGlasgow Ashley definitely a mum to be proud of, and the doctorate well deserved…and hugs to you at this difficult but precious time with your mum. She is also immensely proud of the person you are. And thanks for keeping us updated a nation is sending their thoughts to you all.
