@duolingo After using the app for almost 5 years with a streak of 1821 days, I will now be deleting the app as it is no longer free now that you have deleted the 'practice to earn hearts function'. So much for 'Learn a language for free. Forever'

@DrCharlesL My husband had tests. Did not receive any results. After a few weeks he checked the NHS app to see if there was any info on there to find he had an abnormal result with a 3 week referral. When he rang the surgery, they offered him an appointment for a month ahead.

@DrCharlesL I was referred for a consultation, I rang several times over the course of a year and was told that it was in the system and I had ‘to be patient’. After submitting an e-consult form in desperation, I was told that the referral had not been received and no one had chased it up

@DrCharlesL I had an appointment that I was reminded of 3 times. It was then cancelled and when I rang to re-arrange, they acted as though it was I who cancelled it and got a new appointment for over a month later.
