@johnlewishelp damaged fridge freezer arrived on 6 April, I’ve since spent almost every day trying to sort out. Latest is an offer to exchange for another model but I would need to pay £399 today and wait until after 12 May to reclaim the £379 already paid! Awful experience

@johnlewishelp Just to clarify, case manager is Andrew Carder, received an e-mail from him on Thursday 6 May at 12.45, I replied asking a couple of questions around when I could expect a decision but have had no response, so disappointing from receipt of damaged goods on 6 April!
