Waitrose Ramsgate had chronic staff shortage today, so the wine on offer I wanted was in the warehouse, but they didn't have anyone to get it. Neither was there anyone to mark down 'too good to waste' goods. Sacking everyone to make way for self service tills isn't working.

Don't ever use a voucher code for Wine52. There is a tiny box of writing I didn't even see. By agreeing to have the free wine, you are automatically put on a paid for subscription of £32 pcm. I didn't authorise them to take money from my bank, but they did it anyway.
