@Alan_Couzens I generally agree with most of what you say (and appreciate how earnestly you choose your words), but you have to understand that time IS a privilege. Yes, we all have the same hours in a day, but having disposable time to train is a privilege that not all get.

If it’s that contentious and really that important the coach should have spares and support the kids better vs. punish.
