This was my parents - married 35 years, 3 grown kids, got a divorce. Now they'll both die alone and destitute unless I take care of both them (neither of my siblings will be willing or able to), and I know this is selfish of me, but I really wish they'd have just stuck it out!

We have menstrual leave and mental health days. Company is doing just fine.
We also have a parental leave policy that doesnโt discriminate against gender, orientation and whether you adopted or not.
