@charlie_moss15 @gsiskind @jeffjoseph @ckuck I think the lawsuit was filed around 9/17/2020 and Tim got his interview 12/08/2020 so once we were named plaintiffs and the judge made his ruling the Frankfurt Consulate was very responsive. I think the judge's ruling was made sometime in late October that affected us.

Stop lumping family reunification in with tourism, vacations, and leisure. Not the same thing.

@MamasGi51359030 @jrpsaki My point was, rather, that he gets way more exposed and far more likely to get Covid by staying in a 3rd country for two weeks than if he went from his home to the airport then I picked him up and took him home 😉. That applies to anyone with a story. Makes no sense.

@jrpsaki Do scientists realize that in order for ppl like me to marry my foreign fiancé on his K-1 he has to stay in a 3rd country for 14 days then come here? Instead of him flying directly to me where I can take him straight home to quarantine? Allow exemptions for couples, PLEASE.

@jrpsaki As long as you include reuniting with your partner as an exemption, I understand. Couples have been separated for at least a year. Even those who seek to get married. I'm tired of seeing athletes allowed in with their partners and big regular ole citizens.

Just finished the status conference in Milligan v. Pompeo. Judge Boasberg was more than surprised that DOS thinks the injunction is only for named Plaintiffs. He is allowing us to file a motion to add Plaintiffs. The deadline to join is December 11th. Email @gsiskind. #k1visa
