.@Sen_Alsobrooks and I have worked on a bipartisan basis with all stakeholders to address the banking industry’s concerns about deposit flight. They have had a seat at the table and have been directly sharing their feedback and ideas for months to inform the final product. We have worked in good faith with all sides throughout this process to encourage compromise and to avoid letting the perfect become the enemy of the good.

The result is a substantially improved, consensus-based product. Our compromise prohibits stablecoin rewards from resembling interest on bank deposits, our core concern over deposit flight.

Our compromise also allows crypto companies to offer other forms of customer rewards. Most importantly, it helps put us on a bipartisan path to pass the CLARITY Act, providing the regulatory certainty needed to foster innovation. Some in the banking industry may not want either of these things to happen, and we respectfully agree to disagree.

近期感想：

1. 喜欢抄底，就会有无穷无尽的底，喜欢追高，就有无穷无尽的高

2. Crypto最伟大的贡献是创造了新的资产发行和流通方式，还普及了唾手可得的高杠杆交易和做空方式，洗钱更方便了

3. 大部分人用Openclaw构建agent的方式是奶头乐，极低的代码质量和及其腐烂的上下文管理，使得成果几乎没有投入生产环境的可能性，并且会给成果带来严重的安全隐患

4. 推特上洗文洗来洗去的很多什么秘籍，诸如乱七八糟的skills，一大坨两千字让你复制粘贴的https://t.co/6UQfixSY1n，让agents分角色扮演，让claude 调用codex和Gemini cli，这些东西除了污染上下文之外没有半点用处。与其琢磨这个，不如每天看看@bcherny 的推文把新功能先搞明白，做最简单的事情。根据自己的开发需求自己去写skills和及其精简的文档，选择最舒服的方式让自己的成果对于ai和自己来说都有可复用性。

5. 数据的稀缺度和完整性直接决定了产出质量，用不用llm都一樣。很多事情根本没必要用agents做，烧token在很多业务场景下根本没有简单粗暴的条件判断来的效率高。数据挖掘和另类数据的刮削是越来越核心的能力，数据infra的开发和标准化是非常重要的底层需求。很多数据以前以dashboard数据呈现，人眼看并下判断，现在想把这些都抽象给ai，就需要很多新的数据管线。做这些事情的并且开源的人都很伟大。

6. 评估体系很多时候应该转变，开发需要时间，在当前的ai能力下，我耗费长时间开发出来的东西，是否能完全替代我的劳动？是否有现成实践方法，是否有现成数据源，如果我不做，效率是否还更高了？而不是光想着实践。就算他真的能聊天帮你点外卖订机票下单了，so what? Sudo make me a breakfast

7. 绝大部分中文圈在发ai攻略，用openclaw写量化脚本在pm/perp赚钱的人感觉完全没开发过量化策略，直接屏蔽就好，浪费时间。感觉脑子有问题的人才会让llm来判断高频下单，你问他订单簿有几层，回测数据哪里来的，核心参数是什么，没有人回答得出来。踏踏实实学习到自己真的能挣钱了，比自己看到一个东西就大叫发个充满emoji的长文酷的多。不过可能大家也不在乎，只是要流量而已。

8. Ai带来的超级个体创造了许多独立开发的机会，pm想干掉前后端和设计师，设计师想干掉pm和前后端，前端想干掉所有人，后端说我需要你们干嘛。但是一个功能齐全完善的super app和一百万个参差不齐的self hosted app到底谁更好呢？在互相干掉的过程中，人和人之间的互通有无变成了互相挤压和替代，交流学习的对象也从若干人的集体灵光一现变成了和同一个训练集训练出来的ai对话，加上闭源盈利主导的开发方向，我们会变得更好吗？

9. 在新的开发范式下，如果你的工程能触及到真实的大额资金管理。安全性是重中之重，我建议必须多轮ai审核+必须人工验收，比供应链投毒更危险的是人为了节省时间的懒惰。

一句话的意思是从通胀补贴模式→网络使用驱动模式转变，终极目标是销毁量 > 排放量 ，让代币 APT 进入通缩阶段，实现真正的稀缺性。

核心改动：
1、质押年化奖励下调：质押奖励从约 5.19% → 2.6%
2、设立长期供给硬顶：总量上限 21 亿枚
3、基金会永久锁仓并质押2.1 亿 APT，
4、所有 Gas 费用以 APT 支付并永久销毁，提振需求侧通缩。
5、Gas 费上调（约 10 倍），单依然是全网最低费用。
6、激励/Grants 与 KPI 绑定。
7、提到会开启程序化回购

过去一年，APT 币价跌幅巨大。这次代币经济学更新，更像是把 APT 从高通胀 + 解锁压制的估值框架里释放出来，供给端先止血，需求端用手续费燃烧把网络使用转化为可量化的买盘与通缩逻辑，同时把激励与 KPI 绑定，试图用类似decibel+shelby等核心应用的规模化来推动网络增长。

但要让币价持续走强，变量远不止机制本身，链上应用是否能真正规模化、手续费与燃烧能否构建可持续的真实需求曲线、生态是否有持续的财富效应与资金回流……这些才是长期趋势的决定因素。

Aptos 历史遗留问题不少。好在团队没有躺平，不破不立，这次改动是一种重新定价叙事的开始。

同时我也想说的是，Aptos 团队长期缺乏下沉视角，讲的东西与宣传的都是高举高打的策略，落到实处其实效果并不明显，代币整改要真正起作用，就必须让市场看到三个东西：决心、透明、兑现。这一次的整改我觉得可以更犀利，更直接、、、、

市场最终只认也只看一个结果，币价能否持续走强。没有人会为一个叙事很美、价格很惨的代币买单。Aptos 接下来要做的，不是再讲更大的故事，而是用可验证的链上数据、可持续的收入与应用增长，把这套新框架真正兑现出来。

Aptos团队核心自 Meta体系，技术底子很强很强，是世界级团队，是愿意纠错的团队，牛逼的团队肯定不会止步，当然短板也很明显，比如产品化、搞生态、搞财富效应整活这方面太web2，希望本次结构性修复算是一个好的开始。

真心想对团队说，多专心生态财富效应，多专心币价，提升币价。
