But the root principle is High Standards built into every part of the culture

Even in Sumo, the same tactical cultural practices apply

For example, serving sizes of food

-Japanese do NOT eat big portions of anything

Even for sumo wrestlers, who consume massive meals, they don’t eat of off Jumbo sized plates with huge servings

They use normal sized bowls and utensils. They still follow the decorum of eating small bites of good at a time

To reach the necessary calories, they’ll simply take multiple multiple servings until they get full.

It's called the mute button. I've been playing since XBOX Live first went live. I've been called all kinds of Niggas, Monkeys, spear chuckers, and been told to go back to Africa which is a place I've never been to in my life.

The moment they would hear my voice on the mic "It's a fucking black" and they would literally boot me off their team or kick me out f their lobby or simply because I destroyed them in a match. But you dont hear me fucking crying about it.

Play the game, get good, talk trash back. You can't and won't change the nature of online gaming. You either grow tough skin and accept the fact there will be shitty/salty players online or you can create your own safe space and cry closets for people like you who can't deal with trash talk and name calling. Any other way to stop this behavior is to make these corporations control our speech and monitor every player behavior which will effect everyone, including yourself.
